Instructions

- Add the oats, flour, protein powder and raising agents to the dish
- Add 500ml of the milk and water and mix well

- Take the remaining dates, put them in a bowl and then soak them in hot water for 20 mins
- Drain the soaked dates and add to a blender alongside the peanut butter, vanilla extract, salt and remaining oat milk and blend until smooth

- Pour the date caramel on top and spread evenly
