Ingredients

For the biscuit base

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup Protein Powder Salted Caramel
  • 1/4 cup Almonds

  • 60 g melted biscoff

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Add all of the ingredients listed under 'biscuit base' to a food processor and blend until a crumbly mix is formed. it does not have to be fine, you can keep some chunks in the mix.
  • While the food processor is mixing, slowly add in your milk, depending on the types of oats you have used you may need 50ml more or les, so start with 150ml of milk and add in more if needed. you want the texture to be soft and squidgy and holds together well, NOT crumbly or runny
  • Add 1.5 tbsp of biscuit mix to your silicone cup moulds and press the mix down into the cups, bake for 8 minutes and then remove and let cool
  • Add the dates, the melted biscoff and 1/4 cup of the water the dates soaked in, into a food processor and blend into a thick date caramel
  • Add to the fridge and allow to cool until the caramel is slightly hard
  • Melt the dark chocolate and the coconut oil together
  • Remove the cups from the fridge and add a layer of melted chocolate to each cup, you can sprinkle on some crumbled biscuits on the centre of each cup if you wish
  • Put in the fridge to set
