Meet Amelia…

Amelia is the face and creator behind @AmeliaSandy_ on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. She’s best known for creating easy and nutritious plant focused recipes, that are accessible for any level of cook and that make life a little easier.

Amelia’s knowledge of nutrition comes from her Nutrition degree at The University of Exeter, where she is currently studying. She loves nothing more than learning how food can nourish the body and enhance health.

Amelia resides in Devon, UK with her fiancé Joel, their little baby boy who is affectionately known on socials as ‘Moo’ and their goofy dog Cedric.
